What you need to know!
There is a sense of discipline, commitment, determination, faith, and will power involved; which is one of the reasons I love to do a 21 day detox. I initially learned these principles as a young girl in ballet and gymnastics classes, as well as throughout four years of college dance team in my early twenties. I believe it’s always good to school yourself on these principles as much as possible. This is why I love to do a 21 Day Detox twice a year.
At night I have been drinking decaf teas such as peppermint or chamomile, which has been very satisfying and keeps me from wanting to snack.
Drink plenty of water and make sure you take a nap if you feel tired. This will help prevent the headaches that occur in the first week.
