Los Angeles Personal Trainer | Rebounding will Improve your health

Jumping on a mini trampoline (also known as a rebounder) is one of the healthiest, most effective ways to exercise. Rebounding will improve your health by improving the efficiency of your Lymph System. Interesting benefits and my number one reason to incorporate rebounding into my every day life is the impact it has on the Lymph System. Rebounding will improve your health because it benefits lymphatic circulation, which strengthens the immune system, destroys cancer cells, and fights disease.Unlike the rest of the body that naturally detoxifies or eliminates toxins, the Lymph System does not have a pump. Rebounding at least 10 minutes will flush the entire Lymph system and promote a healthier YOU. As you jump, the alternation of weightlessness and gravity increases lymph flow, drains the lymph system of toxins, nurtures and pulls toxins away from the cells. Even the lactic acid created from working out is removed, which ultimately reduces post-workout soreness.

Rebounding will improve your health in many other ways such as, reducing body fat, increasing overall strength in the muscles including the heart, lowering blood pressure, improving proprioception and coordination, improving digestion, increasing overall circulation, and helping to fight fatigue. Rebounding is a low impact exercise that will protect your joints while positively impacting all systems and cells in the body.

I purchased one for my dad and he reported experiencing a great deal more overall energy as well as a significant decrease in joint pain. He appreciated how it increased his heart rate as well as the great feeling he gets after jumping and realizing he is improving his health.

Special tips: Rebounding is an excellent addition to, and should be incorporated, into a detox to help promote elimination of toxins. To reap more benefits, enjoy a sauna or steam bath after you rebound.

I incorporate the rebounder for added low impact cardio and resistance training with my clients. My clients love it.
